Half Way Home for Homeless Pets

Found in ditch, doused with gasoline

Lots and lots of perfectly good, adoptable cats and dogs in our community are euthanized each day for lack of SPAY/NEUTER and lack of shelter space!  The spay/neuter part of the equation is being handled by our new low-cost Spay Neuter Clinic, www.nalspayneuter.org.  And A New Leash on Life would like to help with the other part of the equation by opening a sanctuary… to save more of those special pets who need a safe place to go when their time is up…

Our plan is for the sanctuary to act as a halfway home for abused or neglected pets and pets on death-row at the city shelter before an approved foster home is found for them.  The pets coming directly from a shelter environment will especially benefit from this quarantine period of rest, good nutrition, vet care, and human interaction while awaiting a foster or forever home.

Two years ago, ANLOL began saving money for this purpose.  Recently, we found an excellent location for a half way home of this nature, and we are only $18k away from making it happen!   Please consider a tax-deductible donation to HELP ANLOL SAVE MORE LIVES!  Donations, marked Sanctuary Fund, can be mailed to ANLOL  P.O.Box 221  Brownsboro, AL  35741 or done via Paypal on our website.

This little brother and sister, found in a ditch tonight, doused in gasoline, could be helped immediately if A New Leash on Life opened a sanctuary…help us do it, for the animals!
