Size: Medium (20-59)

Status: Adoptable

My official name is Candace, but my foster mom thinks I look more like a Naomi…and I dig the name. I have a few nick names…Noms, Nomi Nom, and Nomer. I’m an introvert…very bashful at first, but once I am comfortable with you and my surroundings, I’m extremely cuddly and loving. I absolutely LOVE the dog park. Car rides are awesome! I currently live with a yorkie/terrier mix, and we are besties. We play, nap, and chill with our foster mom together. I must have a dog playmate! A fenced in yard would be ideal since I’m more comfortable carefree in an open space. I’m crate trained and working on my potty training. I am better suited for a quiet home because I am timid and loud noises make me nervous. I love running at the dog park, but I am very much a homebody. I love cats and kittens. One of my cat siblings and I play hide and seek and take naps together! I love curling up next to my foster mom on the sofa at night. All I need is patience and extra love. Please fill out an adoption survey by clicking the “Adopt Me” button – I would love to meet you.

Update: I’ve started going to doggy daycare once a week and I LOVE it. My foster mom says I have become a different dog since she took me in 5 months ago. I am becoming more confident and my personality shines more and more each day!
