This guy, named Chance, is one in a million! He didn’t stand a CHANCE, being 8 years old and ending up at the city shelter. Lucky for him, a New Leash foster home took him in and he is experiencing love and companionship! He has some medical issues that our vet is diagnosing and starting treatment for in hopes that he can have a normal life. He is definitely enjoying life in his new foster home for now.
